GIVE A LITTLE LOUDER, Inc. aims to respond to the root causes of hunger and seeks to restore dignity, health, opportunity and hope to people living in poverty. Our mission is to change lives in the communities we serve by feeding the hungry today, and building a healthy, hunger-free tomorrow.
We are a non-profit organization based in Orlando, Fl and we proudly serve our community on a volunteer basis. We are partnering with local food banks in order to serve food at least once a week. We also will work with other issues our clients might have and that we are able to address.
We are committed to respond to call of social justice to all. We firmly believe that all people should have access to a healthy meal on a daily basis and that is our part to make sure it happens.
All people should be treated with honesty, trust, respect and transparency at any time of their lives. We believe that the one hand being helped today will take care of others tomorrow, if given the chance to grow and do better.
We will build and keep a trust through an open and effective use of the resources given to us by donors and partners and be conscious that our goal be accomplished by receiving the generosity of others.
It is our promise to be the best in the services that we are committed to do because our clients, donors and community partners deserve to receive the best we could offer.
Leadership
Our team is composed of people that have had experience in the past 10 years in serving our community. We are a collection of everyday people with the aim to serve our neighbors, be managed with great skills, and a desire to serve to the best of our abilities.
History
We have been doing this type of community service for over 10 years, in partnership with a local church in Orlando. Unfortunately, they had to close their food distribution, but we did not let it extinguish our desire to serve the locals. We are committed to continue the legacy that was placed and trusted upon us, to be the arm extended to help our family and friends in time of need. Over the years, with the help of the church, the volunteers, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida, and many others, we served over 2,200 people on a weekly basis. We provided food for those that were in dire need of help and received lots of feedback that if it wasn’t for that box of food, some of them would go without food for that week! This is what we want to do, this is what we must do.
Challenge
We want to serve all those that are in need an to help with many other issues people face nowadays, towards their self-sufficiency.
Partnership
We will gladly partner with any community enterprise that is willing to help us towards our goals, be it with goods, skills or financially.
Advocate
We advocate a hunger-free society and it is our goal to work towards it. We'll still giving our best.
Strategy
Fund raise and work with community leaders in order to bring equal access to a healthy meal for all in need.
