Valued Partner
We are glad that we are able to help you with our food program. In order that we can do the distribution without problems and you having to wait for a long time inside your car, we have devised the following rules that we ask you to read and abide to.

Attention!

Schedule
Arrive on the date and time frame that was allotted to you on your email – it is all on the ticket we sent to your email, after you signed-up.

Ticket
Have a printed copy of that ticket or the QR Code available for scanning as you arrive.

Rules
DO NOT get out of your car or park it anywhere in the property, please follow the line and obey the signs and directions from our volunteers.

Pop-Up The Trunk Open
After you arrive and get in line, pop the trunk open or wait for a volunteer to do so, do not exit the car to open the trunk!

Receiving
After receiving your food donation, please exit the area immediately so we can continue to serve others.

Requesting Your Food Basket
We serve the MetroWest area of Orlando and registration is required prior to coming to our location. Click on APPLY next Monday to enroll for our next distribution, that happens every FRIDAY* from 2 PM until 3:30 PM! Registration is done on a first come, first served basis and we open our site for registration EVERY MONDAY AT 7 PM and it remains open until our limit is reached. If you do not register, you still may come and be helped. We encourage you to come on Friday, between 3:00 to 3:30 PM to replace the NO SHOWS of the day!

This is our address to deliver the food on a weekly basis, but we are not located here for any other type of contact. Please write to our mailing address if you need to get in touch by mail or use our contact form in case you need to speak with someone immediately.

Note
Please understand that registering and receiving your ticket does not guarantee a basket of food, since we receive it on the same day we deliver it to you and we do not have the means to know quantities until all food is sorted in our distribution area. Sometimes there will be more, but unfortunately some other times there will be less food available, but we will continue to do our best to serve everyone that comes.
